Qualifications

2+ years in management in retail, travel stop, or similar.
2+ years managing operations with annual sales > $2M.
2+ years deciphering and affecting budgets and P&L statements.
2+ years supervising and training 10+ employees.

Responsibilities

Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained location with strong customer service.
Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory, and waste management.
Oversee task execution, safety, scheduling, cash handling, and HR support.
Train staff to exceed customer service expectations.
Understand financial reporting including P&L to drive business changes.
Address customer feedback to improve overall experience.
