Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Truck Care General Manager to lead a high-volume, multifaceted truck care facility. You will supervise staff including Service Advisors to deliver excellent customer service, manage operations, and implement strategies to boost sales and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, process optimization, and hands-on coaching in a dynamic retail environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in retail, restaurant, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
• 2+ years’ experience managing operations with annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 2+ years’ experience deciphering and impacting budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years’ experience supervising and training 10+ employees.

Aufgaben

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained location with exceptional customer service, upkeep, merchandising, and marketing procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and waste control.
• Oversee task execution, safety, scheduling, cash integrity, talent acquisition, development, and HR support.
• Collaborate with team to train and develop staff to exceed customer service expectations.
• Interpret financial reports including P&L to drive business changes and opportunities.
• Address customer feedback to improve the overall experience.
