Love's Travel Stops in Florida is seeking a Truck Care General Manager to lead a high-volume service facility, directing staff including Service Advisors, to deliver outstanding customer service, efficient operations, and steady sales growth.

You will manage processes, oversee budgeting and P&L, recruit and develop talent, and partner with the team to optimize merchandising, safety, and profitability while maintaining a welcoming environment for drivers and fleets.

Competenze

2+ years in retail or travel stop management.
2+ years managing operations with $2M+ annual sales.
2+ years handling budgets and P&L statements.
2+ years supervising 10+ employees.

Mansioni

Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained location with excellent customer service and marketing procedures.
Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and waste management.
Oversee task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, and HR support.
Train and develop team members to maximize customer service standards.
Understand financial reporting including profit and loss to guide business decisions.
Address customer feedback to improve the overall experience.
