Basic Purpose

Truck Care Cashiers help run our business by providing excellent customer service while operating cash registers, inputting and verifying service orders, stocking merchandise, and performing light housekeeping duties.

Major Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers courteously.
• Connect customers with service specialists to identify needs.
• Input work order information into POS and verify accuracy.
• Operate cash register and maintain an organized drawer.
• Handle invoices and communicate with maintenance departments.
• Answer phones promptly and address customer needs.
• Stock merchandise and perform cleaning tasks in customer areas and restrooms.
• Participate in weekly and monthly projects.
• Maintain personal grooming and safety standards.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months retail and cash handling experience preferred.
• Trucking industry experience preferred.

Skills and Physical Demands

• Skills: Ability to operate a cash register, perform housekeeping, navigate safely in service bays, and communicate effectively.
• Physical Demands: Standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 100 lbs, and specific vision abilities.

Work Environment

Exposure to outdoor elements, fumes, moving parts, noise, dirt, and cleaning chemicals. No travel required.
