Penske is seeking an experienced Body Shop Technician to lead repair work on trucks and trailers using advanced diagnostics and state-of-the-art equipment. You will perform minor to major collision repairs, ensure accurate parts identification, and document everything on repair orders while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 6 years practical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must understand and comply with Penske safety and maintenance policies
• CDL/driver requirements and DOT regulations familiarity

Responsabilités

• Perform Truck Collision Repair and maintenance services, including sheet metal, welding, frame alignment, suspension, and paint/mixing tasks
• Identify parts needed for repair and document on repair orders
• Maintain clean, safe work area and wear PPE
• Road test vehicles when necessary
• Travel as needed and comply with DOT/OSHA policies
