Job summary

Aebi Schmidt Group is seeking a Regular Employee for our U.S. operations in Lebanon, TN. You will assemble or install truck body parts using hand, air, and power tools, and support Lean Principles to improve workflow.

This hourly, non-exempt position emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork. You’ll rotate tasks, maintain clean work areas, and contribute to continuous improvement while learning diverse manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with experience using drills, torque wrenches, air tools, and huck guns.
• Strong attention to detail and work quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Assemble or install truck body parts using hand, air, and power tools.
• Follow quality, safety, and performance standards across workstations.
• Rotate between tasks and support teammates as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and assist with 5S efforts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through Lean Principles.
