Job summary

Aebi Schmidt Group in Kansas City, MO is seeking a hands-on assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble and install truck body parts, support various components, and actively participate in a team environment.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to rotate through multiple workstations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 18 months manufacturing experience in an Automotive, RV, or Boat manufacturer.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use ladders, enter/exist trucks, bending, twisting.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, directions, charts, forms, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install truck body parts.
• Support the production and assembly of various components.
• Rotate to other workstations as needed.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Obtain supplies and parts required to do the job.
• Keep the department clean and organized.
• Support Lean Principles and 5S initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
