Job summary

The Shyft Group USA, Inc. in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Regular Employee for an hourly non-exempt manufacturing position. You will assemble or install truck body parts using hand, air, and power tools while maintaining quality and safety standards at multiple workstations.

You will rotate between tasks, support teammates, and help keep areas clean and organized. Lean principles and continuous improvement are encouraged to drive efficiency and safety on the floor.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with hands-on tool experience and basic maintenance aptitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to varying tasks on the shop floor.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Assemble or install truck body parts using hand, air, and power tools.
• Follow quality, safety, and performance standards across workstations.
• Rotate between tasks and support teammates as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and assist with 5S efforts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through Lean Principles.
