Morgan Truck Body in Janesville, WI is hiring a Production Associate – 1st Shift. You’ll assemble full truck bodies, use various saws and tools, and perform quality checks on finished work. Training is provided as you learn basic math, tape measurement, and blueprint reading.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience working on truck bodies preferred.
• Construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Decode blueprints, work orders, and specs to drive precision.
• Cut wood and metal to exact sizes using saws and shears.
• Assemble parts with bolts, screws, rivets, and clips.
• Operate pneumatic and hand tools to maintain workflow.
• Set up machines and perform preventive maintenance.
