Morgan Truck Body is hiring a Production Associate for 1st shift in Morgantown, PA. You’ll be hands-on assembling truck bodies, reading blueprints, and using saws and power tools to achieve exact sizes with precision.

Expect on-the-job training and a path from general laborer to leadership roles as you learn operations and safety practices. This role offers competitive pay of $21.00 per hour plus full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in manufacturing.
• Previous experience working on truck bodies.
• Construction experience is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Decode blueprints, work orders, and safety warnings to power precision in every task.
• Master cutting wood and metal with a range of saws, shears, and cutters to hit exact sizes.
• Assemble parts with bolts, screws, rivets, and clips to keep them secure.
• Operate pneumatic and hand tools to keep the workflow sharp and efficient.
• Set up machines and perform preventive maintenance that keeps operations running smoothly.
• Inspect finished products to ensure top quality and catch defects before they move on.
• Own safety and quality checks to create a secure and dependable workspace.
• Follow company policies and keep the team protected at all times.
