Job summary

Aerotek seeks an Assembler in Greencastle, PA to produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies for trucks, using mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and structural components according to blueprints and measurements.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and attention to detail with opportunities for overtime up to seven days a week, a sign-on bonus program, and comprehensive benefits; first shift from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., onsite.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in manufacturing or 1+ year in assembly.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and measurements.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and subassemblies per specifications and quality standards.
• Attach wires, hoses, and hydraulic components onto trucks with power tools.
• Drill holes for wires and small parts per layout and measurement requirements.
• Cut, shape, and prepare parts using torches, plasma cutter, or grinder.
• Read blueprints and use measuring tools to position parts accurately.
• Install accessories and maintain safe, clean work environment.
• Maintain attendance and work overtime up to seven days a week when required.
