The role offers a four 10-hour shifts schedule with potential contract-to-hire and onsite work. No prior experience is required; on-the-job training and a supportive team are provided to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Ability to read measurements, schematics and standard work instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in production work.
• Willingness to cross-train and work across areas.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts, subassemblies, wires, hoses, and hydraulic components per instructions.
• Install accessories on finished products and use various tools safely.
• Read blueprints and measurements to perform precise assembly tasks.
• Operate cranes and lifting equipment as required to move components.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and follow safety rules.
