Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a fast-casual restaurant serving smoothies, sandwiches, wraps, and salads. We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Tropical smoothie Cafe [FL150] team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and product quality
• Lead and develop a high-performing team
• Drive sales growth and control labor costs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Implement marketing strategies and promotions
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain logistics

Requirements

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Physical Requirements

• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
