Flexon Technologies Talent360.ai seeks an experienced TRIRIGA specialist to configure and support the Reserve module and workplace reservations. You will implement complex reservation workflows and integrate with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Active Directory to ensure secure authentication and calendar-based booking.

You will also configure SSO, security groups, user provisioning, and booking policies, while developing TRIRIGA reports and operational dashboards to monitor

Qualificações

• Experience configuring IBM TRIRIGA modules, including reservation workflows.
• Ability to integrate TRIRIGA with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online and AD for secure authentication and calendar-based booking.
• Experience developing and maintaining TRIRIGA reports and dashboards for occupancy, utilization and performance insights.

• Configure, customize, and support TRIRIGA applications focusing on Reserve module and workplace reservations.
• Implement reservation workflows for workspaces, conference rooms, and shared resources.
• Integrate TRIRIGA with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Active Directory for identity synchronization and secure booking.
• Configure SSO, security groups, user provisioning, room mailboxes, and booking policies.
• Develop and maintain TRIRIGA reports and dashboards for reservation data and system performance.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, reporting, troubleshooting, and analysis.
• Troubleshoot TRIRIGA, authentication, synchronization, calendar, connectivity, and reporting issues across the environment.

Configure, customize, and support IBM TRIRIGA applications, with primary responsibility for the TRIRIGA Reserve module and workplace reservation capabilities.

Implement and maintain reservation workflows for workspaces, conference rooms, shared resources, availability rules, booking policies, and user notifications.

Integrate the workplace reservation system with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Exchange Online, and Active Directory to enable secure authentication, identity synchronization, and calendar-based booking.

Configure and administer single sign-on, role-based access, security groups, user provisioning, room mailboxes, resource calendars, permissions, and booking policies.

Develop, enhance, and maintain TRIRIGA reports and operational dashboards to provide accurate reservation, occupancy, utilization, and system-performance information.

Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, reporting, troubleshooting, reconciliation, and analysis while maintaining data integrity and performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve TRIRIGA, authentication, synchronization, calendar, connectivity, reporting, and reservation issues across the integrated environment.

Support testing, release validation, production deployments, system monitoring, incident resolution, technical documentation, and coordination with application, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.
