Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a TRIRIGA-focused professional to configure the TRIRIGA solution to support Market requirements and localizations, load Market portfolio templates in STG, UAT, and PROD, and support automated testing processes.

You will collaborate with third‑party consultants to deliver TRIRIGA technical solutions, execute regression scripts with the automated team, assist with TRIRIGA user security and access requests, prioritize issues, train users, and help maintain Lease

• Responsible for configuring TRIRIGA solution to support specific Market requirements and localizations
• Load Market portfolio templates in STG, UAT and PROD,
• Support automated testing process
• Execute regression scripts (in assistance with automated team)
• Work with third party consultants to provide TRIRIGA technical solutions

Functional Support Management

• Provide configuration options to support process requests and enhancements
• Monthly maintenance and application development responsibilities supporting the Lease Administration process
• Recognizes and addresses issues in a timely fashion, takes action to prioritize and escalte issues as appropriate.
• Ability to problem solve technical TRIRIGA and process issues, innovate and propose improvements, document requirements, develop, test, implement software enhancements. Train users as needed.
• Assist with TRIRIGA user security and TRIRIGA application access requests.
