Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Washington, DC is seeking an entry-level IT/Business Analyst to learn IBM TRIRIGA and configure applications to support real estate operations. The role provides comprehensive training and a path to develop in IWMS with exposure to data models, workflows, and user interfaces.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical staff, analyze requirements, document solutions, and assist in testing and deployment.

Qualifications

• Active TS Clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, OR equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience with enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, EAM) or data-driven systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts.
• Exposure to scripting, workflows, or automation a plus (e.g., Excel macros, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness and ability to learn new software and technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Learn to configure and customize IBM TRIRIGA applications to support business and operational needs.
• Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into functional TRIRIGA configurations.
• Assist in the design and maintenance of business objects, data models, workflows, and user interfaces in TRIRIGA.
• Participate in system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical staff.
• Create and maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Support the deployment of system changes and participate in end-user training as needed.
