We are seeking an experienced TRIRIGA IWMS Engineer to configure, customize, integrate, and support IBM TRIRIGA applications, with a primary focus on the TRIRIGA Reserve module and workplace reservation management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in TRIRIGA reporting, SQL, system integrations, and Microsoft enterprise technologies, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Active Directory.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain IBM TRIRIGA applications, particularly workplace reservation and resource management functionality.
• Implement and manage reservation workflows for workspaces, conference rooms, shared resources, availability rules, booking policies, and notifications.
• Integrate TRIRIGA with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Active Directory.
• Configure and troubleshoot single sign-on (SSO), role-based access controls, security groups, user provisioning, room mailboxes, resource calendars, and permissions.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain TRIRIGA reports and operational dashboards for reservations, occupancy, resource utilization, and system performance.
• Write, analyze, and optimize SQL queries for reporting, data validation, troubleshooting, reconciliation, and performance analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, authentication, synchronization, calendar, connectivity, reporting, and reservation issues.
• Support testing, release validation, production deployments, system monitoring, and incident management.
• Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with application, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.
• Ensure data integrity, application reliability, security, and optimal system performance.

Required Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA IWMS.
• Strong expertise in TRIRIGA report development and reporting configuration.
• Advanced SQL skills, including query writing, optimization, and data analysis.
• Experience with enterprise application integrations and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange Online and room/resource mailbox administration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, user provisioning, security groups, and access management.
• Understanding of SSO, authentication, authorization, and calendar synchronization.
• Experience supporting production environments, deployments, and incident resolution.
