Job summary

eCIFM Solutions Inc. is seeking a seasoned Application Consultant to drive TRIRIGA implementations remotely from the USA. You will translate client requirements into functional designs, lead workshops, and craft detailed specifications to ensure successful deployments.

The role requires extensive TRIRIGA experience, CMMS/operations knowledge, and strong communication to guide cross-functional teams and maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of TRIRIGA experience.
• 10+ years of creating functional design documentation, leading workshops and design sessions.
• 5+ years with Operations and Maintenance (CMMS) functionality.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate in teams and build relationships to reach goals.
• Problem solving with IT solutions to business needs.
• Experience in Corporate Real Estate or Facility Management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to clients and engage as the subject matter expert.
• Create clear specifications for TRIRIGA implementations.
• Document client business needs and requirements.
• Develop process diagrams, use cases, gap analyses, and design documents.
• Build strong relationships and ensure documentation, data, and reports are accurate.
• Troubleshoot issues on client installations and oversee QA functions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally; provide guidance to development teams.
• Work with databases, web services, Java and related technologies.
