Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience expected for this role.
• Must obtain Series 99 license if supervising a covered function.
• Experience with triparty funding, Repo trade flows, cash and collateral settlement desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day funding and collateralisation processes.
• Serve as a key point of contact for break and ad hoc issue resolution.
• Lead and develop team members, including 1:1s and career planning.
• Drive process improvement and system renovations from the ground up.
• Review resources to ensure BAU coverage and plan for future needs.
