Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day processes related to funding and collateralization of firm obligations.
• Serve as a key point of contact for break and ad hoc issue resolution.
• Lead direct reports, conduct 1:1s and career development, attract and retain talent.
• Drive process improvements and system renovations from the ground up.
• Review resources to ensure adequate coverage to deliver BAU commitments.
