• Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in higher education, student affairs, counseling, education, educational leadership, social work, psychology, human services, or a closely related field.
• Professional experience in higher education, student services, advising, student success, counseling, coaching, educational programming, or a related setting.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build positive professional relationships with students and colleagues.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advising, programming, and student development support to TRIO participants.
• Build relationships with students and serve as a face of TRIO on campus and in the community.
• Collaborate with TRIO team, campus partners, and community stakeholders to help students navigate college and resources.
• Plan and facilitate workshops, events, and student development activities.
• Assist with program assessment, data collection, and grant reporting.
• Maintain accurate student records in Blumen and other designated systems.
