Qualifications

• Master’s degree in science, engineering, business, math, education, public administration, social science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of staff supervision and budget management experience
• Experience in program development, evaluation, and reporting with federal regulations
• Experience gathering and analyzing data on student needs and outcomes
• Experience with staff hiring, supervision, and evaluation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Understanding Montana college opportunities, admissions, and financial aid resources

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization, administration, and supervision of the SSS program
• Develop, execute, monitor, and evaluate SSS objectives and federal compliance
• Establish, monitor, and administer the program budget
• Collect tracking data and write annual program reports
• Ensure participant files comply with federal regulations
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate all SSS staff
• Assist in identifying and selecting student participants
• Prescribe plans of program services for each participant
• Provide counseling and academic advising to SSS students
• Support college-wide activities related to admission, financial aid, advising, and orientation
• Maintain the student and administrative record system
• Facilitate communication between SSS and campus departments
• Chair weekly SSS program management meetings
