Qualifications

• Twelve years of directly related full-time experience, or a Master’s degree with six years of related experience.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full grant application and renewal process for CROP, Scholars, and TRIO Talent Search.
• Oversee administrative operations, budgeting, and staff supervision.
• Develop, implement, and assess programs to meet strategic goals and funder requirements.
• Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and stakeholders to advance student success.
