Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Trimmer Trainee to support tree trimming, debris removal, and equipment operation in field conditions. This entry-level role includes hands-on training and a focus on safety.

You’ll assist with loading, feeding brush to a woodchipper, and learning bucket rescue. A HS diploma is preferred; driver’s license encouraged; pre-employment screenings apply; strong teamwork and reliability are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Must be able to walk, climb, and work from ladders at various heights.
• Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Loads/unloads trucks and feeds brush into a woodchipper.
• Assists in training new employees and maintains safety around work areas.
• Keeps trucks and work areas orderly and safe.
