Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Trimmer Trainee to join our full-time, non-exempt team. You will trim and remove trees, operate tools, load trucks, and support field crews under supervision.

No prior experience is required for this entry-level role, but a high school diploma is preferred. You must be able to work outdoors, lift up to 50 lbs, and work at heights with safety as a priority. We offer competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entry-level position; no experience required.
• Applicants must be able to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/ or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Loads/unloads trucks and feeds brush into a woodchipper.
• Relays hand signals, directs traffic, drives, and operates trucks as assigned.
• Maintains good housekeeping on trucks and at work locations.
