Job summary

Olsten is seeking a reliable Trim Sawoperator for a full-time, temp-to-perm role with steady hours. The shift starts early, with a requirement to be ready by 6:30 am and to stay until the mill shuts down.

Responsibilities include monitoring the waste system, notifying maintenance when needed, keeping a clean, safe area, and following all safety guidelines. Prior warehouse or lumber yard experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or lumber yard experience preferred (not required).
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be here and ready to work by 6:30 am; notify management before the start if late or out.
• Stay until the mill shuts down; notify management if you must leave early.
• Watch the waste system; notify maintenance if not running correctly; wear PPE.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
