Job summary

Corle Building Systems, Inc. in Imler, PA is seeking a hardworking individual to join our Trim Department on the 2nd shift. You will operate equipment, measure materials, and assist with loading and moving components to keep production moving smoothly.

Prior manufacturing or construction experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate. A strong work ethic and reliability are highly valued in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and use hand tools to process and prepare trim components.
• Measure and inspect materials to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the department.
• Follow work orders and production instructions to ensure materials are processed correctly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
