Job summary

Corle Building Systems is seeking a dependable candidate to join the 2nd Shift Paint Department in Imler, PA. The role involves operating a multi-station paint line to ensure steel components finish to high-quality standards while adhering to safety and cleanliness expectations.

Prior paint-line manufacturing experience is preferred, with training available for the right applicant. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, plus bonuses and shift differential.

• Prior experience on a paint line in a manufacturing setting is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the multi-station paint line to ensure proper finishing.
• Use hooking mechanisms to assist in hanging steel beams.
• Guide crane operator to preferred hanging points.
• Inspect finished components for quality compliance.
• Staging load bars to meet machine production capacity.
• Monitor parts through the cure oven and final finishing.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

What You’ll Do:

In this role, you’ll work with our multi-station paint line to ensure steel components are properly finished and meet our high-quality standards.

• You will use a variety of different hooking mechanisms to assist in hanging steel beams on the paint line.
• You will help guide the crane operator to the preferred hanging points.
• Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Ensure that load bars are staged to meet the machines' maximum production ability.
• Monitor parts as they move through the cure oven for final finishing.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
