Corle Building Systems in Imler, PA is seeking a dedicated Fitter for the Welding Department on 1st Shift. This full-time role focuses on MIG welding structural steel, reading shop drawings, and advancing welding skills in a team-oriented environment.

Eligible candidates will have experience in MIG welding, tape measure reading, grinding, and carbon arc use; prior welding experience is preferred. We offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus, comprehensive medical coverage, 401(k) with company match, and paid

• Salary Range: $21.00 - $25.00 Hourly

Welding candidates need to be proficient in MIG welding structural steel in the flat position, be able to read shop drawings, be able to read a tape measure, use a grinder, and carbon arc. This role has a specific focus on developing and enhancing welding skills and knowledge of existing welding.

Prior welding experience preferred.
