Job summary

Corle Building Systems, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented individual for its 1st Shift Paint Department. You will apply paint manually, monitor parts as they move through the cure oven, and inspect finished components to ensure quality.

Maintain cleanliness in paint booths and follow safety policies to protect yourself and the team. We offer a generous benefits package including a $800 sign-on bonus, weekly attendance bonus, full medical coverage, and a 401(k) with company match.

What You’ll Do

• Apply paint using a manual process for consistent coverage.


• Monitor parts as they move through the cure oven for final finishing.


• Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality standards.


• Maintain a clean work environment in the paint booths.


• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.


• This position requires repeated bending, lifting, reaching, and squatting. Qualified candidates will also be required to lift a maximum of 50 pounds consistently.
