Job summary

Trillium at Block22 Companies in downtown Boise is seeking a friendly Server to deliver attentive dining experiences from start to finish. You will greet guests, take orders with Toast, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean station, assisting with morning setup, and promoting responsible alcohol service in compliance with state laws. Boise Alcohol certification or willingness to obtain it is required.

As a Server at Trillium, you'll provide attentive, personable, and knowledgeable service to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience from start to finish.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a timely manner, anticipating and fulfilling needs with efficiency and care.
• Maintain a clean and organized station, following setup and detailing standards.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of breakfast and lunch menu offerings and accurately take and enter orders using Toast system to ensure food and beverage items are delivered promptly and correctly.
• Stay informed on liquor, beer, wine, and mixology standards while promoting responsible alcohol service in accordance with state laws.
• Assist in morning service operations, including setup and side-work duties.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and fellow team members to ensure smooth service.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
• Minimum 2 years of serving experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Must be Boise Alcohol certified or willing to obtain certification upon hire.
• Knowledge of state liquor laws and responsible beverage service.
• Ability to prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• AM & PM shifts available.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry trays or items weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
