Job summary

BTC Bank in Missouri seeks a TRID & Escrow Manager to lead the TRID disclosure and escrow administration functions, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strong customer service. This role supervises staff, maintains procedures, and coordinates with Loan Operations, Lending, and Compliance.

You will oversee loan estimates and closing disclosures, monitor regulatory requirements, manage escrow setup and statements, and implement updates to policies and workflows.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in TRID disclosures or escrow administration.
• Supervisory or management experience required (3–5 years).
• Thorough knowledge of TRID, RESPA, escrow requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily TRID and escrow operations and staff.
• Ensure timely preparation of Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures.
• Monitor compliance with TRID regulations and mortgage lending rules.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Loan Operations, and Lending teams.
• Identify efficiencies and drive process improvements.
