Job summary

BankPlus in Ridgeland, MS seeks a Mortgage Disclosure Specialist to prepare Initial Disclosures within TRID timelines and ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will review dashboards, coordinate with originators and the Mortgage Disclosure Manager, and manage redisclosures and related quality controls.

Proficiency with Encompass and MS Office, plus strong verbal and written communication, are essential. Teamwork across Compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
• At least 1 year of TRID loan document experience.
• Experience with Encompass software preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Detail oriented with strong clerical/organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work outside regular business hours.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review initial disclosures within TRID timelines.
• Prepare and send redisclosures within 3 days of change of circumstance.
• Review dashboards to verify TRID timing compliance.
• Validate eDisclosed loans and mail hard copies as required.
• Run Mavent previews and notify originators of Alerts or Fails.
• Order Flood Certifications, USPS/address verifications, PMI quotes.
• Provide daily reports and follow up on notices of intent.
• Ensure disclosures meet lender, agency, and investor guidelines.
• Maintain updated procedures and checklists; suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with Originators, Mortgage Disclosure Manager, and Secondary Marketing.
