Job summary

You will respond to inbound calls, chat, email, and other written inquiries about enrollment, claims, referrals, and authorizations, delivering accurate resolutions and timely care.

Requirements include US citizenship, a favorable DoD background check, and at least two years in customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must pass favorable DoD background investigation (interim and final).
• Minimum 2 years of professional customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer health care inquiries from TRICARE beneficiaries and providers via phone, chat, email or other written methods.
• Resolve issues on first contact using available tools and sound judgment.
• Meet productivity and attendance metrics; adhere to schedules and manage workload for calls and chats.
• Document interactions and cases in the CRM system.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay proficient in resolving inquiries.
• Maintain regular attendance.
