Job summary

The Bristol Bay Native Association is seeking a Tribal Clerk I – III to provide critical administrative support within the Community Services department. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Tribal Clerk will engage with Tribal members, assisting them with inquiries and services, maintaining records, and organizing community events.

This full-time position requires a high school diploma, preferred experience in administrative roles, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Qualifications

  • Ability to clear all necessary background checks.
  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Three years of administrative experience in a tribal and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent computer literacy.

Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for Tribal members.
  • Manage phone calls and communications effectively.
  • Assist with event preparations, including ordering supplies.
  • Compile reports and take meeting minutes.
