Job summary

Qualifications

Interest in working with Tribal governments, youth and communities to advance workforce development.
Ability to build respectful relationships with diverse partners while honoring tribal sovereignty.
Knowledge of workforce programs, apprenticeship and education resources is preferred.
Willingness to travel within Montana to tribal communities, schools and partner sites.

Responsibilities

Design and support culturally relevant career and education pathways for Native youth.
Coordinate with Tribal nations to implement nation-building and youth development efforts.
Collaborate with schools, cultural departments and partners to link programs to local needs.
Provide training and outreach that reflects tribal priorities and sovereignty.
Maintain relationships and project tracking across multiple initiatives.
