Qualifications

• Experience designing, managing, or supporting workforce development programs.
• Experience engaging employers, schools, and community partners to connect individuals with training or employment.
• Ability to interpret and apply program guidelines, policies, or technical requirements.
• Experience analyzing data, tracking performance, and preparing reports to document compliance or inform decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including presenting complex topics clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, human services, or related field; related experience acceptable.

• Design and expand apprenticeship programs with employers and partners.
• Provide technical assistance on registration and compliance.
• Develop pre-apprenticeship and youth pathways.
• Use labor market information and program data to drive strategy.
