Qualifications

• Experience designing and supporting workforce development programs.

Responsibilities

• Design registered apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs with partners.
• Provide technical assistance on registration, standards, and compliance.

• Use labor market information to drive strategy and outcomes.
• Translate regulations into clear guidance for sponsors and educators.
• Monitor quality and compliance, maintaining accurate records.
• Build strategic partnerships across agencies, schools, and employers.
• Support evaluation and continuous improvement with data-driven recommendations.
