Job summary

Torres Martinez Desert Cahuilla Indians is seeking a Tribal Chief Executive Officer to oversee strategic planning, growth, and management of profitable tribal enterprises. You will guide the tribe's economic development initiatives and lead the Tribal Business Corporation’s strategy and performance.

The role requires strong experience in business development, financing, and leadership, with an MBA or related degree and at least seven years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing or related field
• Minimum seven (7) years of demonstrated business development experience
• Knowledge of government contracting and due diligence processes

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning, development, and growth of profitable new business opportunities
• Direct the Tribal Business Corporation's strategy and operations
• Screen potential deals by analyzing market strategies, financials, and options
• Provide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial plans
• Lead supervision and development of subordinates and tribal staff
• Coordinate with Tribal Leadership to review activities and adjust plans as needed
• Travel as required to perform duties
