Kewa Pueblo Health Corporation is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead a tribally chartered health system spanning primary care, dental, behavioral health, and specialty services. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public health administration, health administration, business administration, public administration, or another related field.
• Five or more years of progressive management, administration, and supervisory experience in an executive capacity within healthcare.
• Knowledge of rural, community-oriented healthcare delivery systems and related regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for KPHC programs, services, facilities, and health services provided to the community.
• Work closely with the Board of Directors to manage and direct the Corporation’s programs and services.
• Set and advance the mission, vision, and values of KPHC programs and services.
• Lead long-range program planning and development of a strategic plan addressing the Santo Domingo Pueblo’s health needs.
