Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal/state/tribal environmental regs.
• Quality Assurance / Quality Control protocols.
• Budgeting for tribal and federal programs.
• Experience with regulatory approval and cooperative agreements.
• GPS/GIS systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Brownfields Program.
• Design and plan monitoring and abatement for Brownfield sites.
• Prepare annual grant proposals and workplans.
• Draft and direct regulation implementation.
• Advise tribal administration on issues affecting the tribe.
• Participate in EPA TOC/ROC functions.
