Responsibilities

• Oversee the Brownfields program, ensure compliance with regulations and reporting requirements.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures, assessment documentation, and corrective action plans.
• Prepare reports and present findings to tribal authorities and EPA Region 8.
• Manage program budgets, estimate project costs, and coordinate contractors.
• Make field determinations regarding environmental and safety risks, and recommend interventions.
• Maintain collaboration with tribal, state, and federal agencies and stakeholders.
