Job summary

Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders seeks a Trial Technology Specialist to support litigation teams with trial presentation technology, graphics, and data management throughout the lifecycle. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum four years of trial and graphics experience.
• Experience with video deposition editing and syncing transcripts.
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with trial presentation software such as Trial Director, OnCue, Trial Pad.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present evidence at trials, arbitrations, mediations, hearings, and client meetings.
• Partner with trial teams to develop strategic plans and logistics for trials and hearings, utilizing trial presentation hardware and software.
• Set up and configure presentation equipment in courtrooms and venues.
• Manage exhibit presentation, courtroom setup, and war room operations.
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop visuals and demonstratives that support case themes and strategy.
• Assist in preparing timelines, diagrams, maps, and other demonstrative exhibits.
