Your Impact

As the Trials Success Manager for Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) trials, you’ll lead immersive, high-impact experiences, helping agencies see the potential of our technology and transforming trials into full deployments. Your work will contribute to safer communities and smarter decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the ALPR trial experience from start to finish, acting as the primary expert and strategic partner for agencies.
• Develop and implement tailored trial plans aligned with agency goals and technical environments.
• Provide onboarding, technical support, and enablement to maximize trial success.
• Monitor trial performance, identify risks, and coordinate resources to address barriers.
• Share insights, strategic recommendations, and feedback to influence product development.
• Ensure smooth transition to Customer Success post-trial for ongoing support and expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading customer engagements in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience working with public safety agencies, understanding their workflows and challenges.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven project management and technical deployment experience.
• Familiarity with ALPR or public safety solutions is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Location & Travel

US-based at one of our hub sites (Atlanta, Boston, Denver, San Francisco, Scottsdale, or Seattle). Travel: 100%.
