This on-site, full-time role requires at least 3 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation, strong negotiation skills, and a client-focused approach; bilingual in Spanish is a plus as the firm serves a diverse Northern Virginia client base.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia
• Minimum 3 years of Personal Injury litigation experience (plaintiff side preferred)
• Excellent communicator and negotiator with a track record of delivering results
• Passionate about helping people rebuild their lives after serious injury

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload from intake to resolution with autonomy
• Advocate for injured clients in settlements, mediations, and court proceedings
• Prepare demand packages, legal briefs, and trial-ready files
• Collaborate with a high-performing legal team to win cases ethically and effectively
