This on-site, full-time role requires at least 3 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation, strong negotiation skills, and a client-focused approach; bilingual in Spanish is a plus as the firm serves a diverse Northern Virginia client base.

Qualifications

Responsibilities Investigate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordinglyAppear as legal counsel on the clients behalf at mediations, trials, hearings, depositions, and litigationArrange suitable agreements and settle on the clients behalf when appropriateRecord and update the status of all case files in the case management system
