Vernis & Bowling's downtown Pensacola office seeks an Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of civil litigation experience. Active licensure in both the Florida and Alabama State Bars is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Active licensure in both the Florida and Alabama State Bars.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload across Florida and Alabama jurisdictions from inception through resolution.
• Gain real, hands-on courtroom and trial experience.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft, file, and aggressively argue substantive motions.
