• Willingness to join a large, multi-office firm.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead files, provide initial analysis and develop case strategy.
• Conduct discovery, take depositions, draft motions and attend hearings.
• Negotiate settlements and assist with trials.

The successful candidate will be a part of a team of 120+ lawyers located across 19 offices in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, South Carolina, and North Carolina.

Our associates have the opportunity to eventually direct and lead files, provide initial analysis, develop case strategy, conduct discovery, take depositions, draft motions, attend hearings and negotiate settlements. Associates will also be able to assist with and lead trials.
