You will build and lead trial teams, directing discovery, depositions, experts, and motion practice to position cases for success. The role emphasizes client advisory work on risk and strategy, with opportunities to grow your practice through firm-backed business development in a collaborative Florida platform.

Qualifications

• Trial lawyer with experience leading verdicts in state and federal court.
• Portable book of business with clients who will follow you.
• Willingness to relocate or work from Miami; Miami-based preferred.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead jury and non-jury trials in state and federal court, owning strategy from assessment through verdict and post-trial motions.
• Build and run trial teams, directing discovery, depositions, experts, and motion practice.
• Advise clients on risk and strategy to decide when to fight or settle.
• Grow client relationships with cross-referral opportunities supported by the firm.
