Job summary

This role offers the opportunity to grow a trial portfolio while working alongside seasoned litigators on complex, high-stakes matters.

You will lead trial teams, manage pretrial preparation, and contribute to business development and client relationships from our Tampa office.

Qualifications

• Florida Bar admission in good standing.
• 8+ years of litigation experience with two hearings or trials to verdict.
• Experience serving as first chair or key trial team member.
• Ability to manage complex, high-stakes matters across industries.
• Willingness to mentor junior attorneys and contribute to growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement trial strategy for complex litigation.
• Lead all aspects of trial preparation.
• Prepare and argue motions in state and federal courts.
• Draft and defend objections to exhibits and witness disclosures.
• Create comprehensive witness outlines and examination strategies.
• Draft jury instructions and verdict forms.
• Coordinate trial teams including associates, paralegals, experts.
• Participate in business development and client relationships.
